Adjacent Lake
***ROW BOAT USAGE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AT THIS
TIME.
WE ARE SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENENCE.***
(Due to the nature of the severe storms we are constantly having,
we have been unable to put our boats out as the Dock cannot be secured to the ground safely.
Please Remember: we do not own the lake and only have Access to it.)
We have a beautiful 90 acre lake adjacent to our property, which runs along Phase I and Phase II. The lake and surrounding lands are kept as natural and undisturbed as possible. No man-made walking paths or trails are in place, so please hike with caution.
The lake is accessible for fishing throughout the year. Those 16 years of age and older must obtain a PA fishing license (available about 15 miles from Eagle Village). The lake is not stocked, but bass, pickerel, perch, and sunnies have been found swimming around.
During the summer months, we offer usage of four row boats for a minimal fee. Row boats are only available for usage Monday through Thursday. We supply adult and children’s life vests. An insurance waiver must be signed prior to row boat usage. The lake is shared with a nearby community, so you may see other boats out on the water.
Guests can bring their own boat if desired, provided it does not have a gas engine.
If you would like to swim in our lake, you do so at your own risk, so please bring your own safety equipment. Eagle Village takes no responsibility for any injuries or other events that may occur. We do not encourage swimming in the lake and we do not supply life vests for lake swimming.
